1. Introduction

5. Payment & Fees

  • If payment fails, we may cancel the order or suspend your access.

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges.

  • For sellers (if you are a marketplace), you agree to the commission structure, listing fees, shipping / logistics fees, and any other fees as communicated via your seller agreement.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Shipping cost and delivery terms will be as displayed at checkout or as per your seller / service agreement.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery (or upon handover to the carrier).

  • If delivery is delayed due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we are not liable for damages resulting from delays.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order prior to shipment (if allowed) under our cancellation policy.
